Now we will play the guessing game trying to figure out if the 2004 champs were tainted in a tainted era of baseball.

MJB, it’s pro sports period; not just mlb. This doesn’t surprise me in the least, and I don’t get too worked up over it. Guys are always looking for an advantage whether its a spit ball, corked bat, ampetamines,video…whatever. But I am really glad this happened to Manny. He’s a great hitter but he’s really a lowlife.

I seriously think LeBron James is using growth hormone or some sort of performance enhancing drug. He may be a freak of nature but he’s not that much of a freak of nature. He has roids written all over him.

I’ve wondered that myself. The NFL had its steroids issues in the 80s and 90s, the MLB in the 2000s, so I wonder if the NBA is next.
I’m not one of those who believe that players have evolved so quickly naturally since the Bird/Magic days.
